This policy explains what Permigo collects when you use this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It covers this website only.

What we collect

When you submit the quote form we collect the three things you type: your origin, your destination, and the phone number or email address you want us to reply to. Our server also records the time of the request and the page it came from.

If you contact us by phone, text, WhatsApp or Telegram instead, we hold whatever you send us in that message.

We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not use cookies to profile you across other websites.

Why we collect it

To quote and file your permits. We use your contact details to reply with the states you need, the state fees and a total, and to reach you about the permits we file for you. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone except the state, county and city permitting authorities your load requires, and the pilot-car or survey providers you ask us to book.

Where it is stored

Quote requests are stored in FleetLynk, our permit-operations platform, and a copy is emailed to our dispatch inbox. Both are hosted in the United States. Access is limited to Permigo staff who work on your order.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and permit records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our record-keeping obligations. If you never become a customer, you can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
