How much does an oversize load permit cost?

Permigo charges a flat $20 service fee per state permit. On top of that you pay the state's own fee at cost — typically $5–$90 for a routine single trip, $300+ for a superload. Most permit services charge $24–$40 per state on top of the identical state fees.
How fast can I get an oversize permit?

Most single-trip OS/OW permits are back in under an hour during our 8am–8pm ET window — same-day is standard. Superloads, engineering reviews and states running manual bridge analysis take one to ten business days depending on the jurisdiction. We tell you which bucket you're in before you pay.
Which states does Permigo cover?

All 48 contiguous US states. We also file the county and city permits your route needs where a state permit stops at the state-highway line — the part most services leave to you. Alaska and Hawaii aren't served yet.
What size load needs an oversize permit?

Federal limits on the National Network are 8'6" wide, 13'6" high, 53' trailer and 80,000 lbs gross. Exceed any state's limit on any one of those and you need a permit. Thresholds vary state to state — send us your dimensions and we'll tell you exactly what's required, free.
Do you arrange pilot cars and escorts?

Yes. We book certified pilot cars and height poles along your route and coordinate police escorts where the state mandates them, timed so the escort and the permit land together instead of days apart.
Do you handle superloads and annual permits?

Yes — annual and blanket permits, superload applications, engineering and bridge reviews. Same $20 service fee. We manage the DOT back-and-forth, drawings and resubmissions until it's issued.

What are Permigo's hours?

8am–8pm Eastern, seven days a week, out of Houston, Texas. Anything that lands outside those hours is answered first thing the next morning — and state permit systems are mostly closed overnight anyway.
